About Casey Oliver

My name is Casey Oliver, and I am a licensed Realtor with NextHome Cutting Edge Realty. I have been in the business for 5 years and continue to be very involved in the Real Estate Industry. I am currently a member of the YPN State Board, the RAA Leadership Class of 2025 and the Government Affairs Committee. I was born and raised in Louisiana, and I am very familiar with the Acadiana area.

Just a few of the Designations that I have attained are the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), At Home with Diversity (AHWD) and Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE). I also take more than the required 12 hours of Continuing Education classes each year. The past two years I have taken 20 hours each year. I do this to expand my knowledge so that I can pass this information over to my clients. The more I know, the more I can teach them.

As a full-time professional Realtor, I pride myself in offering a unique personal experience for every one of my clients. I take the time to listen and understand exactly what each client is looking for. By guiding and educating my clients throughout the entire process, I help them to make the best decisions for themselves and their families. It is important to me that each client has an individualized plan that will benefit them and help them to meet their real estate goals.
